The job in a nutshell

As a substitute, you are our superhero in everyday life. You step in when regular staff are absent and ensure that everything runs smoothly – with warmth, care, and a big smile.

You can work days, evenings, weekends, or nights. During the summer, you will receive a schedule, and there is a chance to start before and continue after the summer. Flexibility is our middle name!

Your main tasks:

• Support people and assist them in their daily care.
• Help preserve and develop strengths – be a motivating coach!
• Work together with fantastic colleagues.

We are looking for someone who is a positive, proactive, and empathetic problem solver. You are cheerful, creative, and helpful, and you enjoy working with people and know how to make others feel seen and supported.

You have a heart that beats a little extra for making everyday life better for others.

We want you to:

• ✔️ Be at least 18 years old (or 16-17 years old in certain workplaces).
• ✔️ Have Swedish A or equivalent and be confident in both spoken and written language.
• ✔️ Be friendly with computers, mobile phones, and other digital devices.
• ✔️ Have experience or education in care and nursing – this is a plus, but we also value your personal qualities highly.
